Preparation: 13 minutes of quiet time
Find a comfortable place to relax; sitting or laying down with a blanket and pillow are always nice. You should feel comfortable, cozy and warm.
Supplies required: Great Bear Rainforest Essential Oil, Pine Cone Diffuser, Roll-On
1 a) For Roll-on: roll two figure 8's onto the palm of your hand, rub your palms together 3 or 4 times, cup your hands together, cover your nose and mouth, and take a deep breath. Repeat 3x
1 b) For Diffuser: Adding 2-4 drops of your favourite Great Bear Rainforest Oils to your 200ml Pine Cone diffuser will bring the essence of the rainforest into your room, naturally purifying the air from anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal and anti-viral contingents. Conifer tree oils are naturally high in terpenes, so they are perfect to cleanse the air in your home or office while supporting your emotional self-care.
2. After setting up your Pine Cone diffuser with your favourite Great Bear Rainforest Essential Oil or using your roll-on, cover your eyes or just close them gently. Now take a deep breath through your nose and let your belly expand, release it slowly, don't hold it in, but just take a deep breath in and release, exhaling through your nose ideally.

Now imagine yourself standing there in the rainforest, among the giant trees that are hundreds of years older than you. Their immense stature and size surrounds you, their strong roots keeping them steady in the wind and securing them deeply into the earth. Looking around you can see the deep snow and boughs covered in white. Looking up in to the thick snow covered canopy, the sun pokes through and warms your face. The cool air of the forest surrounds you and supports your body with a fresh supply of oxygen - you breath deeply and appreciate the forest as you walk along.
