Thank you for choosing Great Bear Rainforest® Essential Oils!

Orders will be shipped within five business days. Shipping times vary and are only given as estimates. GBREO ships all Canadian orders via Canada Post from our British Columbia production facility. We will notify you with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

GBREO currently ships to Canada and the United States of America. All prices are in CND.

Shipping within Canada

  • $10 shipping for orders less than $50
  • $13 shipping for orders between $50 and $149.99
  • FREE shipping for orders $150 or above

Shipping to the USA

  • $15 shipping for orders less than $50
  • $18 shipping for orders between $50 and $149.99
  • FREE shipping for orders $150 or above

Duties and Fees: For orders to the USA, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the ship-to country, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid COD (cash on delivery), the order will be returned back to Great Bear Rainforest® Essential Oils.

Returns

You can return any product you purchase from us within 15 days of receiving your order. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, we can exchange product for returned items.

We can only accept returns on unused items in their sealed packages. Items must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging. 

We require proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) to process all returns. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs associated with returning your item to us. Please note that depending on where you are located, exchanged products will take a varying amount of time to reach you. 

Goods damaged or missing upon delivery

If you receive your order from us and an item(s) was damaged, defective, or an item was missing, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you. We will either replace or refund your order.

Please send us a picture of the damaged or defective product so that we can assess the damage and also so that we can remedy the defect in future. We do require some information about the damage or defect in order to find the best possible solution. We may request an image of the product or the lot date listed on the label. All accepted refunds will be processed in the same manner in which you paid.
